## Audience Capture Methods

    Add a dedicated email signup card directly to your Bento Grid. Customize the headline, description, button text, and optional Name and Phone Number fields.

    Offer free resources (PDF cheat sheets, presets, templates) in exchange for the visitor's email address. The download link is revealed only after a valid email is submitted.

## Managing Contacts & CSV Export

All captured subscriber emails, submitted names, and acquisition dates are automatically recorded in your **Dashboard → Audience** database.

### Exporting Contacts to CSV
Creators on **Pro** and **Ultra** plans can export their entire contact list at any time:
1. Go to your **Ceynk Dashboard** → **Audience** tab.
2. Filter contacts by source or date range if desired.
3. Click **Export to CSV**.
4. A standard `.csv` file will download immediately, ready for backup or importing into your external CRM or email service provider.

## Plan Availability

- **Free Plan**: Does not include Audience Lead Capture blocks or CSV export.
- **Pro Plan**: Full access to Lead Capture blocks, email-locked downloads, subscriber list management, and unlimited CSV exports.
- **Ultra Plan**: Everything in Pro, plus direct **Newsletter Broadcast Campaigns** to your audience (up to 50,000 emails/month).
