Ceynk's **Email Newsletter Campaigns** engine allows creators to communicate directly with their audience, announce new digital product drops, send masterclass updates, and build long-term relationships without relying on third-party newsletter tools.

Creators on the **Free and Pro tiers do not have newsletter broadcast sending capabilities** (0 broadcast emails/month). Pro creators can capture subscriber emails on their page and export them to CSV, but sending broadcast email campaigns requires upgrading to Ultra.

## Setting Up Your Custom Email Sending Domain

To achieve maximum inbox delivery and avoid the spam folder, Ultra creators send newsletters from their own verified custom domain (e.g. `newsletter@yourdomain.com` or `hello@brand.com`).

Ceynk connects directly with **Amazon Simple Email Service (SES)** using industry-standard Easy DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail).

1. **1. Enter Your Domain Name**

    1. Navigate to **Dashboard** → **Email & Newsletters** → **Email Domain** tab.
    2. Enter your root domain or subdomain (e.g., `yourbrand.com`).
    3. Click **Submit Domain for Verification**.

2. **2. Add 3 DKIM CNAME Records to Your DNS**

    Ceynk generates 3 unique DKIM CNAME records. Log into your domain registrar (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) and add each record to your DNS settings:

3. **3. Verify Domain Status**

    Return to the Ceynk dashboard and click **Check Verification Status**. Once Amazon SES detects your DNS records, your domain status will change to **Verified** (🟢), enabling immediate broadcast sending>

## Composing & Auditing Campaigns

Before any campaign is dispatched, Ceynk runs an automated **Pre-Send Deliverability Audit** to safeguard your sender reputation:

### 1. Pre-Send Spam & Health Inspection
- **Spam Phrase Detection**: Scans email copy against known high-risk spam filter trigger words.
- **Link & Destination Validation**: Crawls all hyperlinks in your email body to verify there are no broken links, malformed URLs, or blocked redirects.
- **Sender Authentication Verification**: Verifies that your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are active before queueing outbound messages.

### 2. Campaign Dispatch & Batch Pacing
- Outbound campaigns are batched and paced smoothly across Amazon SES sending pipelines to maintain optimal deliverability and prevent mailbox throttling.

## Live Telemetry & Delivery Analytics

Once a campaign is sent, you can track performance metrics in real time under the **Campaigns** tab:

- **Delivered**: Total emails successfully accepted by recipient mail servers (Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, Yahoo).
- **Open Rate**: Real-time open tracking percentage.
- **Click-Through Rate (CTR)**: Engagement on links within your email body.
- **Bounces & Rejections**: Automatic categorization of soft bounces vs. permanent hard bounces.
- **Spam Complaints**: Instant monitoring of spam flags.

## Deliverability Compliance & Unsubscribe Standards

Ceynk adheres strictly to international email deliverability laws and inbox provider standards (including Gmail and Yahoo's 2024+ sender requirements):

1. **RFC 8058 One-Click Unsubscribe**: Every outgoing email automatically includes standard `List-Unsubscribe` and `List-Unsubscribe-Post` headers for one-click unsubscribe support in Gmail and Apple Mail.
2. **Mandatory Unsubscribe Footer**: Every email includes an automated footer with your physical postal contact details and a direct unsubscribe link.
3. **Automated Suppression List**: When a recipient unsubscribes or an address hard-bounces, Ceynk automatically suppresses that contact from all future campaign dispatches.
