Step-by-Step Setup Guide
1. Connect Your Instagram Account
- Navigate to your Ceynk Dashboard → Social Integrations → Instagram Automation.
- Click Connect Instagram.
- Authenticate with your Meta account and grant permissions for your professional Instagram Business or Creator account. (Note: Your Instagram account must be a Creator or Business account linked to a Meta/Facebook Page as required by Meta’s API).
2. Select Trigger Type
Choose how the automation triggers:
- Specific Post or Reel: Select a specific published post or upcoming reel.
- All Future Posts: Apply automation across every newly published post automatically.
3. Configure Keywords & Message Template
- Trigger Keywords: Specify trigger words (e.g.,
LINK,CODE,YES). You can configure exact match or partial match. - Direct Message Content: Write the private message delivered to the user’s DM inbox. Include direct links to your Ceynk storefront, discount codes, or free download pages.
- Public Comment Variants: Add 3 to 5 friendly public reply variations (e.g., “Just sent it to your DMs! Check your requests if not visible ✨”).
4. Activate Automation
Click Activate Trigger. The automation is now live and will monitor incoming comments around the clock.
