1. Ceynk Platform Fee: The percentage commission Ceynk charges for hosting your storefront, providing encrypted digital asset delivery, managing course access, handling calendar bookings, and maintaining creator analytics. This fee depends on your subscription tier (Free, Pro, or Ultra) and your region (Sri Lanka or Global).
2. Payment Gateway Processing Fee: The fee assessed by third-party payment infrastructure providers (such as Stripe or PayHere) to securely process card payments, prevent fraud, and route funds through the banking network.

Key Details for Sri Lankan Creators:

• Free Tier (15%): Creators can sell digital products, masterclasses, calendar bookings, and tickets with a 15% platform fee. Payout requests require a minimum accumulated balance of LKR 5,000.
• Pro Tier (9%): Platform fee drops to 9%. Creators enjoy no minimum payout threshold and can withdraw any balance directly to their Sri Lankan bank account.
• Ultra Tier (5%): Lowest local platform fee at 5% across all commerce blocks, plus exclusive features like table QR restaurant menus, newsletter campaigns, and unlimited Instagram DM automation.
• Payment Gateway Fees: Local payment gateway processing fees (PayHere) apply to all transactions across Free, Pro, and Ultra.

Global Creator Fee Schedule (USD)

Applicable to creators transacting internationally in US Dollars (USD) through global payment rails:

• Free Tier (Cannot Sell): Selling digital products, video masterclasses, consultations, and event tickets is not available on the Global Free plan. Global creators must upgrade to Pro or Ultra to enable commerce blocks and receive payments.
• Pro Tier (7%): Global Pro creators pay a flat 7% Ceynk platform fee on all sales with no minimum payout restriction.
• Ultra Tier (0% — Keep 100%): Global Ultra creators pay 0% Ceynk platform fee, keeping 100% of creator revenue after third-party payment gateway processing.
• Payment Gateway Fees: Standard third-party payment gateway processing fees (typically ~2.9% + $0.30 per successful transaction) apply to all customer purchases on both Pro and Ultra tiers.

2. Pro & Ultra Tiers: No minimum balance requirement (LKR 0). Withdraw any amount at any time.
3. Turnaround Time: Bank transfers are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
4. Payout Statuses:
   • Pending: Withdrawal requested and queued for processing.
   • Processing: Funds released to the local banking network.
   • Completed: Funds settled into your registered commercial bank account.

Global Bank Payouts

Global creator revenues are remitted via connected merchant routing accounts according to standard international settlement schedules with no minimum withdrawal restrictions on Pro or Ultra tiers.
