1-on-1 Consultations & Bookings

Let clients book paid or free consultations, coaching sessions, and advisory meetings with integrated calendar availability and automated meeting links.

The Booking Block transforms your Ceynk page into an appointment booking system, eliminating the back-and-forth messaging required to schedule client meetings.

Features & Capabilities

  • Meeting Platforms: Automatic meeting generation or custom links for Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or in-person venues.
  • Hourly Slots: Configurable booking windows (e.g. 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes).
  • Blackout Dates: Block out vacations, public holidays, or personal days with one tap.
  • Card Sizing: Desktop & Mobile 2 × 4 (Fixed Large Card).

Step-by-Step Setup Wizard

1. Session Overview & Pricing

Click Add Block (+) → 1-on-1 Consultation.

  • Enter session title (e.g., 1-Hour Portfolio Review & Career Strategy).
  • Provide an explanation of what the client will receive during the call.
  • Select your meeting platform (Zoom, Google Meet, or Custom URL).
  • Set your booking price (or 0 for free discovery calls).

2. Availability & Blackout Windows

  • Select your weekly available days (Monday through Sunday).
  • Configure available start times (e.g., 09:00, 11:00, 14:00, 16:00).
  • Select specific calendar blackout dates to prevent client bookings on days off.

3. Save & Activate Calendar

Review the interactive client calendar preview and click Add Booking Block.

Client Booking Flow

  1. Date & Time Selection: Clients browse your available days and choose their preferred open time slot.
  2. Contact Information & Notes: Clients enter their name, email, phone number, and any notes or questions for the session.
  3. Instant Checkout: Clients complete payment securely via credit/debit card.
  4. Automated Confirmations: Both you and the client receive calendar invites and meeting join links immediately upon confirmation.

Platform Fees

  • Sri Lanka Free: 15% Ceynk platform fee (PayHere gateway fees apply).
  • Sri Lanka Pro: 9% Ceynk platform fee (PayHere gateway fees apply).
  • Sri Lanka Ultra: 5% Ceynk platform fee (PayHere gateway fees apply).
  • Global Free: Cannot sell (upgrade to Pro or Ultra to sell).
  • Global Pro: 7% Ceynk platform fee (standard gateway fees apply).
  • Global Ultra: 0% Ceynk platform fee (payment gateway processing fees apply).
