Ceynk’s Digital Products Block allows creators to package and sell downloadable digital assets directly through their link-in-bio page. When a buyer completes payment, Ceynk automatically generates a secure, authenticated download link and emails receipt instructions.

Maximum File Size: Up to 100MB per downloadable product file.

Step-by-Step Creation Wizard

Adding a Digital Product takes under two minutes using the 3-step block wizard:

1. Choose Content Type & Title

Click Add Block (+) → Digital Product. Select your product category (Documents, Images, Audio, Design, or Other) and enter a high-converting product title and description.

2. Pricing & File Upload

Pricing Mode: Choose Free Download (great for lead magnets or free giveaways) or Paid Product.
Set Price: Enter your price in your local or global currency.
Discount Code Support: Set optional strikethrough comparison prices to show a sale discount.
Upload Deliverable: Upload your digital asset (up to 100MB) via secure cloud storage.
Cover Graphics: Upload a high-resolution 1 or 16 thumbnail cover image (up to 50MB).

3. Preview & Publish

Review the live interactive preview card. Click Publish Product Block to immediately showcase it on your Bento Grid.

Automated Buyer Fulfillment & Anti-Piracy

Unlike sharing raw Google Drive or Dropbox links via direct messages, Ceynk protects your intellectual property with automated fulfillment:

Instant Order Confirmation: Buyers receive an automated receipt with an order reference number immediately after payment.
Encrypted Download Tokens: Download links are dynamically tokenized and tied to the buyer’s email address to discourage public re-sharing.
Automated Delivery Emails: A permanent backup download link is dispatched to the buyer’s email so they can re-access their purchase at any time.
Order Tracking: Review customer emails, gross revenues, and platform fees in real-time under your Dashboard → Monetization → Digital Orders tab.

Sri Lanka Pro: 9% Ceynk platform fee (PayHere gateway fees apply).
Sri Lanka Ultra: 5% Ceynk platform fee (PayHere gateway fees apply).
Global Free: Cannot sell (upgrade to Pro or Ultra to sell).
Global Pro: 7% Ceynk platform fee (standard gateway fees apply).
Global Ultra: 0% Ceynk platform fee (payment gateway processing fees apply).
